Wymagania
- Minimum bachelor's degree preferably in business (finance, economics) and/or computer science.
- Working knowledge of front-end business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing, data modeling, predictive analytics concepts, and data visualization methodologies.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their native analytics services.
- Interest and familiarity with agentic AI concepts for embedding into analytics workflows.
- Problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking skills directed at innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills for verbal and written explanation of solutions.
- Professional level of English; additional languages such as German and French are advantageous.

- Architect and deploy cutting-edge, self-service reporting solutions, including generative and agentic AI copilots embedded in user experiences.
- Partner with C-suite and senior stakeholders to simplify complex data landscapes and co-create visionary roadmaps.
- Translate business vision into functional designs integrating real-time streaming data, cloud-native warehouses, and semantic layers.
- Craft sophisticated data models serving as single sources of truth for dashboards and algorithmic decision engines.
