Lead Full Stack Developer

The client is a multinational technology and business services organisation delivering enterprise solutions for digital transformation, operational excellence, and process automation across diverse industries in Europe.

• Minimum 8 years commercial experience as a Software Developer
• Front-End technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks
• Back-End technologies: Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages; experience with frameworks like Django
• Database management with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and strong data modeling skills
• Ability to design and maintain RESTful APIs
• Cloud and DevOps knowledge: familiarity with Microsoft Azure, orchestration platforms (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of security practices including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding standards
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Automation Anywhere knowledge and experience
• Automated tests experience with JUnit, Selenium
• Master’s degree or professional certifications in cloud architecture, Agile/Scrum, or advanced programming

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications across the full technology stack
• Define technical architecture, drive technology decisions, and ensure alignment with business objectives and platform strategy
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, software quality principles, and maintainability guidelines
• Build and enhance modern web applications, backend services, REST APIs, and data processing solutions
• Design and optimize data models, system integrations, and enterprise workflows for reliability, scalability, and performance
• Lead implementation of cloud-native and microservices-based solutions supporting automation and continuous delivery
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle from requirements to support
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams
• Monitor project progress, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery in Agile/Scrum environments
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and development efficiency
• Mentor and support team members with coaching, technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and code reviews
• Champion software quality through testing, debugging, performance optimization, and security best practices
• Ensure compliance, governance, and security requirements with clear documentation and operational readiness
• Partner with infrastructure and IT teams for deployment, production releases, and platform stability
