• Strong technical background with ability to read, understand, and review source code
• Proven experience using AI tools (preferably Google Gemini) for code analysis and documentation
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and software delivery practices
• Experience as Software Engineer, Technical Analyst, DevOps Engineer, QA Engineer, or Solution Architect
• Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, and modern development toolchains
• Experience creating technical documentation for software applications and systems
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and spoken Polish and English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Llama-based models or other Generative AI / LLM platforms
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments

• Analyze applications, codebases, and technical artifacts to extract and document key knowledge
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, user guides, process flows, and knowledge base content
• Support and facilitate knowledge transfer activities across teams and stakeholders
• Review source code and system documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and product teams to gather and validate information
• Use AI tools to support code analysis, documentation generation, content review, and knowledge discovery
• Ensure documentation follows agreed standards and remains up to date throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive internal AI enablement initiatives by evaluating AI tools, sharing best practices, and supporting teams in adopting AI-powered solutions
• Act as an AI advocate within the organization to define and implement best practices for Generative AI use in software development and documentation

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
