Graph Engineer (AI&Data)

The AI&Data team in Poland consists of over 200 specialists collaborating with tech partners like Microsoft, AWS, Google, Oracle, and Snowflake to implement data architecture and analytic solutions.

• Experience in designing or implementing graph-based data solutions or semantic data models.
• Understanding of knowledge graphs, ontologies, taxonomies, and semantic web concepts.
• Familiarity with graph query languages and graph modelling principles.
• Understanding of graph databases and their application in AI, analytics, and knowledge management.
• Experience working with cloud-based Data & AI platforms and integrating multiple data sources.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with graph databases such as AWS Neptune, Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or Azure Cosmos DB (Gremlin).
• Familiarity with RDF, OWL, SKOS, SPARQL, Gremlin, Cypher, or similar graph and semantic technologies.
• Experience building Knowledge Graphs for RAG, Agentic AI, recommendation systems, or enterprise search.
• Experience with data catalogue, metadata management, or semantic layer solutions and consulting in the Data & AI domain.

• Design and implement knowledge graph solutions connecting enterprise data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on graph-based analytics and GenAI use cases.
• Build and maintain semantic models, ontologies, taxonomies, and graph schemas.
• Develop and optimize graph data models and queries.
• Integrate knowledge graphs with enterprise Data & AI platforms including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI.
• Participate in client workshops, technical design sessions, and solution development for graph and AI initiatives.
• Work flexibly across remote, client, and Accenture locations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
