Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join a project in the leasing industry focusing on analysis and optimization of complaint handling processes. The project involves identifying business needs, modeling processes, defining requirements, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to implement effective system and operational solutions.

• Minimum one year of experience as Business Analyst
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements
• Ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders
• High level analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of analytical tools like Excel, Jira, Confluence
• Experience in complaints, customer service or operational processes is a plus
