Senior Java Developer – Banking and Financial Technology

Our client is a leading provider of banking systems specializing in omnichannel solutions for internet, mobile, and branch backoffice systems in the financial sector.

• At least 5 years of experience in Java development within the banking or financial services industry
• Advanced proficiency in Java technologies and frameworks
• Proven experience working with MongoDB databases
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems
• Good command of Polish
• Communicative proficiency in English

Nice to have:

• Certifications in Java or related technologies
• Experience with REST API security standards and best practices

• Design and develop high-performance REST API services tailored for banking omnichannel platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable backend solutions using Java
• Integrate backend systems with databases like MongoDB and message brokers such as Kafka
• Maintain high code quality through thorough testing and code reviews
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Stay informed on evolving Java development practices and banking technology trends
• Contribute to strategic technical planning and continuous improvement initiatives
