• Minimum 5-7 years of commercial experience in Intelligent Automation, RPA or Software Development
• Hands-on experience with enterprise automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Automation Anywhere, or UiPath
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in reusable automation components and integration services
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, web services, and integrating enterprise applications
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI services, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or other AI-powered automation capabilities is advantageous
• Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, integrations, or automation capabilities
• Experience integrating business applications such as ERP, CRM, and Microsoft 365
• Understanding of workflow orchestration, exception handling, monitoring, logging, and automation governance
• Knowledge of software architecture principles, scalable solution design, and reusable component development
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, security best practices, and data protection requirements
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate business processes into technical automation solutions
• Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other developers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Design, build and maintain intelligent automation solutions using enterprise platforms including RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI/Copilot, and ServiceNow workflows
• Lead the technical transition from UI-based RPA to API-driven, workflow-based and AI-enabled automation
• Develop reusable automation components, services, connectors, APIs, and orchestration patterns for scalable deployment
• Translate business requirements and automation opportunities into technical solution designs, MVPs, and production-ready services
• Build solutions integrating ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and other approved platforms
• Support development of agentic automation use cases where AI components assist decision-making
• Contribute to design of automation orchestration, monitoring, exception handling, SLA tracking, and benefit measurement
• Apply IT architecture, security, compliance, data protection, and responsible AI standards throughout the solution lifecycle
