Data Analyst

• 3+ years of experience in data science, business analytics, business intelligence, or comparable data engineering roles including data warehousing and BI tools
• 3+ years of experience building intuitive dashboards with tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio or similar
• 3+ years working with modern data warehouse environments, including BigQuery
• Advanced proficiency in writing optimized SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
• Basic proficiency in Python or R for data analysis or experience using dbt for data transformation and semantic models
• Proficiency in native BI-embedded AI, large language models (LLMs), and prompt assistants including Tableau Pulse, ChatGPT, and Claude
• Knowledge of SaaS business, KPIs, and metrics
• Preferred knowledge of Salesforce
• Strong critical thinking with ability to see the "big picture" behind numbers
• Comfortable handling multiple projects and managing stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment

• Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to understand their goals and deliver tailored analytical insights
• Serve as a subject matter expert on data, tools, and analytical techniques to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports tracking KPIs and business health
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and predict customer behavior or market opportunities
• Drive strategic business decision-making through detailed analytics, insights, and real-time reporting
• Monitor and validate data pipelines ensuring high data quality, accuracy, and reliability
• Continuously improve analytics processes and reporting frameworks for efficiency and self-service
• Assist in designing and managing scalable data models and analytics schemas
• Present technical findings and key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering on data management, quality, and governance initiatives
