HR Consultant, Googler Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations on topics such as performance management and workplace concerns.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with an AI system or AI supported tools.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration, coaching and mentoring.
• Experience in people programs or other large-scale people-related roles.
• Understanding of HR processes and ability to translate them into strategic business solutions focused on customer experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for data analysis.
• Excellent communication, consultation, teamwork, and organizational skills.

• Design and implement innovative, timely, and high-quality organizational and workforce solutions and services.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in people processes and approaches to completing scope of work.
• Provide consultation to People Operations and business area stakeholders on HR and Talent programs, services, and processes.
• Deliver transformations of HR and Talent programs, services, and processes to drive organizational success.
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of projects and programs, including organizing and delivering services, compiling/analyzing data, and creating reports.
