AI Data Products Consultant

We focus on the development of data platforms, machine learning solutions and streaming applications - automated, efficient, and scalable - without making any compromises in IT security.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Initial project experience and interest in data engineering, including data products, data modeling, AI, and/or data warehousing systems.
• Experience with at least one programming language – ideally Python – as well as SQL, NoSQL and data engineering technologies or platforms such as dbt, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Experience with Docker, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD processes is an advantage.
• In-depth understanding and specific knowledge of data products, data modeling, data warehousing, data engineering, and modern data & AI architectures.
• Experience with Dimensional & Data Vault modeling is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, team player with solution-oriented thinking.
• Passion for learning and exploring new technologies.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish.
• Openness to hybrid work and regular visits to the Katowice office, once per month.

• Support in the design and implementation of robust and scalable data products, data architectures, and AI–ready data platforms.
• Further development and maintenance of data transformation and integration pipelines, including ETL processes from various sources using SQL, Python, dbt, Snowflake, and Databricks, as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Provision and structuring of high-quality data for analytics, machine learning, and GenAI use cases.
• Gathering business and technical requirements from clients and translating them into effective data engineering solutions.
• Assume responsibility for complex data projects, manage system integration, and define strategic guidelines based on data analysis.
• Support in areas such as Data Governance, data quality, Data Product Operating Models, and production-ready provision of data for AI use cases.
• Participate in professional mentoring of junior consultants and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Rocket Jobs oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
