Python Automation Tester (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Python Automation Tester to join a team developing software for control systems and HMI functions in products such as heat pumps and boilers. The team focuses on delivering customer-centric solutions through rapid integration and continuous testing. The work mode is hybrid with office presence in Katowice.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation
• Very good knowledge of Python and Robot Framework
• Knowledge of C++ and its application in testing
• Knowledge of Squish for GUI testing
• Practical experience in creating and maintaining automated tests
• Good command of English at minimum B2 level
• Openness to hybrid work in Katowice with about 30% office time monthly

Nice to have:

• Experience working with HMI systems

• Supporting test automation processes in software projects
• Developing and maintaining test scripts in Python and Robot Framework
• Collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve issues
• Participating in code and test reviews to ensure software quality
• Analyzing test results and reporting defects
• Supporting integration of Smart Home functions in system products
