Product Manager

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Experience managing cross-functional product or delivery teams
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
• Experience working closely with development teams and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (B2+/C1)
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week from the Kraków office)

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP systems or enterprise business applications

• Define and execute the product roadmap
• Gather and prioritize business requirements
• Manage and refine the product backlog
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams
• Drive product development and continuous improvements
