Wymagania
- Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Digital Technologies, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs
- Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), software architecture, and REST APIs
- Practical knowledge of SQL/Oracle for data analysis
- Experience with CRM, Billing, or Sales-to-Cash processes
- Experience in the energy sector, preferably within the Polish market, is an advantage
- Fluent in Polish and English
Obowiązki
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders within the Sales-to-Cash domain
- Perform gap, feasibility, and impact analyses to support solution design
- Define functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams
- Support Agile delivery by refining backlog items and providing functional guidance throughout development
- Validate delivered solutions through testing and business acceptance
- Deliver clear functional documentation and support end-user training and adoption
