Senior Power Platform Developer

AVENGA is hiring a Senior Power Platform Developer with over 6 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform solutions, encompassing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. The role involves designing, developing, and architecting scalable enterprise-grade solutions while integrating with Microsoft services such as Dynamics 365, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Demonstrated ability to implement security best practices including role-based access, DLP policies, and secure authentication.
• Proven expertise with Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Power Pages), Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft stack: Dynamics 365, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Experience with application integrations, custom connectors, APIs, and data modeling.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and consulting skills.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies including React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.

• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in business process analysis and improvement.
• Familiarity with RPA tools and AI integration within Power Platform.
• Experience facilitating technical workshops.

• Architect, design, and deliver robust solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio), ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Lead integration of Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services (Dynamics 365, M365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse) and third-party systems via APIs and custom connectors.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and user-friendly applications in collaboration with business analysts and UX designers.
• Quickly grasp complex business concepts to provide efficient input during development lifecycle stages.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, establishing best practices and fostering technical excellence.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting solution architectures.
• Stay updated on emerging Power Platform features, Microsoft ecosystem advancements, and industry best practices to identify innovation opportunities.
