Senior Java Developer – Payment Systems

Our client is a leader in payment terminal management systems, focused on innovative and scalable solutions in financial technology.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Java development with strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Deep expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework 6.2.19, Hibernate JPA 3.1, Jakarta EE, and EJB.
• Practical knowledge of RabbitMQ and message queuing systems.
• Experience with relational databases, especially Oracle.
• Ability to independently design, document, and test application components.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, system integration, and application servers like JBoss/WildFly.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and frontend SPA frameworks such as Angular 2+ or GWT is a plus.
• Very good English language skills (B2 or higher).

Nice to have:

• Experience with system scanning tools such as Fortify or Sonatype.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines: GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, Maven, Jira.

• Lead development and integration of new application components within the TMS ecosystem ensuring performance and reliability.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and resolve security vulnerabilities.
• Support and maintain production environments with agile troubleshooting.
• Collaborate on migration from TMS to RTMS components.
• Develop applications using Java 8+, Spring, Hibernate, and JEE.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs integrated via multiple protocols.
• Optimize system distribution, transaction management, and distributed cache.
• Conduct system testing, documentation, and code reviews.
