IT Support Engineer with German

Andersen is an international company collaborating with leaders in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and other industries, serving clients such as Samsung, Siemens, Johnson & Johnson, BNP Paribas, Ryanair, Mercedes, TUI, Verivox, Allianz, T-Systems, etc.

• Experience as a SysOps for 2+ years.
• Strong knowledge of Windows client environments.
• Experience with Windows client support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Experience handling support tickets and communicating with end users.
• Experience with software installation, deployment, and installation error analysis.
• Structured problem-solving mindset.
• English language proficiency from Intermediate+ and above.
• German language proficiency from Advanced and above.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and PowerShell.

• Processing end-user support tickets including analysis, resolution, and documentation.
• Providing operational support for Windows client environments.
• Troubleshooting Windows client issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Installing and deploying software on end-user devices.
• Investigating software installation issues and performing error analysis.
• Communicating with end users throughout ticket investigation and resolution.
• Documenting performed actions, technical findings, root causes, and resolutions.
• Providing support related to Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and PowerShell where applicable.
• Recording actual effort spent for monthly service reporting.
