Technical Program Manager

• 3+ years in technology program management related to software development
• 2+ years delivering multi-team, end-to-end programs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, Confluence, SQL basics, and at least one programming language
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work on B2B contracts in Poland

Nice to have:

• Experience in vendor/3rd party coordination
• Background in logistics or e-commerce
• PMP or ITIL certifications

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team technology programs related to major cross-platform software frontend changes
• Build program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and critical paths
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration points
• Run governance activities including steering committees and decision & readiness reviews
• Maintain RAID/dependency logs and lead status & rollout reviews
• Define and track program KPIs against business outcomes
• Manage stakeholders and reporting (e.g., managers, directors) with structured communication
• Coordinate vendors and 3rd parties, including SLA/OLA management
• Mentor Associate Technical Program Managers and conduct feedback & retrospectives
