Cloud Security Architect - Cyber Defense Team

T-Mobile Polska is seeking a professional responsible for designing and developing security architecture for cloud and hybrid environments, supporting the organization's digital transformation following Security by Design and Zero Trust principles.

• Higher education in computer science, telecommunications, cybersecurity or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, including security architecture design.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in IAM, data protection, cryptography, network, and application security.
• Familiarity with Cloud Security, CSPM, CNAPP, SIEM/SOAR, and DevSecOps.
• Ability to perform risk analysis and define security requirements for new solutions.
• Knowledge of standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, NIS2, DORA, and RODO.
• Ability to cooperate with technical teams, business units, and vendors.

Nice to have:

• Certifications: CCSP, CISSP, SC-100, AZ-500, AWS Security Specialty, CISM.
• Experience with cloud migration projects and multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes, and container architecture.
• Experience creating architectural standards and assessing security solutions.

• Designing secure architecture for cloud services and systems.
• Verifying compliance of solutions with security requirements and regulations.
• Participating in transformation and cloud migration projects.
• Collaborating with architecture, cloud platform, DevOps, and SOC teams.
• Developing security standards and recommending new technology solutions.
