Technical Program Manager

• 3+ years in technology program management (software development related)
• 2+ years delivering multi-team, end-to-end programs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Lean, and Six Sigma
• Experience with MS Office, Jira, Confluence; basic SQL; familiarity with one programming language
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Vendor/3rd party coordination
• Logistics/e-commerce background
• PMP or ITIL certification

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team technology program related to major cross-platform software frontend changes in EU country
• Build program plans, roadmaps, milestones, critical paths
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration points
• Run governance including steering committees, decision & readiness reviews
• Maintain RAID/dependency logs, lead status & rollout reviews
• Define and track program KPIs against business outcomes
• Stakeholder management & reporting to managers and directors with structured communication
• Coordinate vendors and 3rd parties including SLA/OLA
• Mentor Associate TPMs, provide feedback & retrospectives
