The company is undergoing a transformation from a legacy monolith to a modern microservices architecture, focusing on AI as a core part of product design and delivery.

• Experience in building and optimizing digital products focused on user experience and adoption
• Ability to identify and eliminate workflow friction with simple, intuitive solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning product decisions with business needs

• Ability to translate complex operational processes into clear, scalable product requirements

• Collaborate with customers and end users to understand their needs and workflows
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear product requirements and solutions
• Create prototypes and early product concepts using AI-powered tools such as Lovable to quickly test ideas
• Validate product assumptions and solutions before development
• Work closely with development teams to ensure features provide value and solve real problems
• Continuously improve the product based on user feedback, data, and observations

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
