IT Senior System Analyst (IT Logistics)

Silky Coders develops IT, e-commerce, and data science solutions for Grupa LPP, supporting brands like Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, House, and Sinsay, with technologies used daily by millions of users. The team works on IT systems supporting LPP's outbound logistics processes including shipping to stores and e-commerce customers, international transport, courier integrations, commercial documentation, invoicing, and data exchange with external partners. Their ecosystem includes transport, warehouse, invoicing, ERP systems, integration layers, using REST, SOAP, ESB, message brokers, and Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in system analysis, IT system design, or a technical role close to development
• Strong proficiency with SQL, capable of writing complex analytical queries
• Experience modeling systems in Enterprise Architect or similar tools, proficient in UML and BPMN
• Understanding of REST, SOAP, ESB, queues, message brokers and analyzing data flows in distributed architecture
• Ability to analyze edge cases, identify inconsistencies and risks, and propose concrete system solutions
• Creates clear documentation including specifications, AS-IS/TO-BE process descriptions, diagrams, and acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with AI tools supporting analytical and technical work, including AI assistants in IDE and CLI, MCP, and safe AI usage for code, data, documentation analysis, and task automation
• Self-responsible and autonomous, effective collaboration with developers, QA, architects, and Engineering Manager
• Language skills: Polish (C1) and English (minimum B2)
• Willingness to work in hybrid mode (minimum 3 days at the office)

Nice to have:

• Experience in logistics, transport, e-commerce, or TMS, WMS, ERP systems
• Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and PostgreSQL for data analysis and business logic
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and communication patterns in distributed systems
• Experience with integration layers based on ESB and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Mentoring experience or leading junior analysts
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies and working with Jira and Confluence

• Verify and refine business requirements, translating them into system requirements and technical proposals
• Describe AS-IS and TO-BE processes, assessing impacts on systems, integrations, and data
• Design system requirements and co-create technical solutions with the development team
• Create and maintain analytical and technical documentation in Enterprise Architect and Confluence
• Model processes, data flows, and system behavior using UML and BPMN
• Analyze and design synchronous and asynchronous integrations between internal systems and external partners
• Analyze data in Oracle and PostgreSQL databases and verify system logic based on SQL and technical documentation
• Identify process and system bottlenecks and propose improvements
• Collaborate with business users, key users, project managers, architects, developers, testers, and external partners
• Actively influence analysis standards and solution quality in the outbound logistics area
