Senior AI Fullstack Developer

Our client is a technology-first product company with over 20 years of industry expertise, aiming to become the #1 vehicle relocation platform in Europe by 2028. The company is transforming from a legacy monolith to a modern microservices architecture in an AI-first engineering environment.

• Experience with PHP, TypeScript, Vue, React, and Flutter
• Strong knowledge of AI and experience working with AI agents
• Experience with production systems
• High level of ownership and responsibility
• 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Language skills: Polish and English

• AI agent orchestration
• Change verification and quality assurance
• Advanced debugging and troubleshooting
• Ownership of testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests)
• Close collaboration with Product Owners, developers, and designers
• Refactoring and technical debt management
• Continuous improvement of AI workflows, agent instructions, and orchestration practices
