• Strong product experience with a proven track record of owning and developing digital products from concept to delivery
• Proven experience in building and optimizing digital products with a strong focus on user experience and adoption
• Strong user-centric mindset with experience validating ideas through user research, feedback, and real-world observations
• Strong ownership and a hands-on approach to driving product improvements from idea to implementation
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools for prototyping, validation, or accelerating product development would be a strong advantage
• 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Product management
• Knowledge of Management
• Languages: Polish (expert), English (advanced)

• Collaborating closely with customers and end users to understand their needs, challenges, and daily workflows
• Gathering and translating business requirements into clear product requirements and actionable solutions
• Creating prototypes and early product concepts (e.g., using AI-powered tools such as Lovable) to quickly test ideas
• Validating product assumptions and solutions before moving into the development phase
• Working closely with development teams to ensure delivered features solve real business problems and provide value to users
• Continuously improving the product based on user feedback, data, and real-world observations
