This role is for our client, a leading player in the cybersecurity and technology risk industry. The position supports the Quantum Safe Programme focused on developing quantum-safe capabilities within cybersecurity.

Wymagania

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex technology programmes, especially in cybersecurity or technology risk.
  • Strong facilitation skills including workshop management, user story creation, acceptance criteria development, and process mapping.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication of complex insights.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for producing high-quality artefacts and presentations.
  • Analytical strength to structure problems, define metrics, and articulate insights.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of quantum-safe / PQC concepts and their integration implications.
  • Experience in regulated environments contributing to audit readiness.
  • Background in data/MI teams on metric definitions and dashboard/reporting design.
  • Previous experience within HSBC or similar large federated organizations.

Obowiązki

  • Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements for quantum-safe capabilities across diverse teams and workstreams.
  • Translate ambiguous issues into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive 'definition of done' documentation aligned with programme governance.
  • Support prioritisation by presenting structured options and assessing trade-offs.
  • Design and analyse cross-team processes to embed quantum-safe protocols, identify gaps, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Map current vs. target-state processes and recommend workflow improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with HSBC governance and control standards.
  • Define data, metrics, and MI requirements for progress measurement and reporting.
  • Contribute to dashboard and reporting design for senior leadership.
  • Improve data quality, establish standards, facilitate workshops, and maintain traceability from requirements to delivery.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders for analysis and integration.
  • Maintain and refine backlogs, support sprint planning, and manage dependencies.
  • Validate outputs to meet requirements and manage change through structured controls.
