Data Engineer [M/F]

Stackmine is hiring a Data Engineer with experience in data engineering, machine learning engineering, and MLOps.

• 3–4 years of experience in Data Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, MLOps or related fields
• Higher technical education
• Very good knowledge of Python and experience working with large datasets
• Experience designing and building data pipelines and ETL processes using tools like Apache Airflow, Kubeflow or similar
• Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (preferably Google Cloud Platform and/or Microsoft Azure)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD, Git, and Unix/Linux environments
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning with experience in ML model deployment and monitoring

• Creating high-quality production code primarily in Python
• Designing, building, and developing data pipelines and ETL processes
• Designing and automating DevOps/MLOps pipelines in cloud environments
• Efficiently utilizing CPU and GPU resources according to Machine Learning workload requirements
• Building scalable and reusable tools and frameworks for monitoring, optimization, and maintenance of ML solutions
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining data orchestration and workflows using tools like Apache Airflow, Kubeflow or similar
• Collaborating with technical and business teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable solutions
• Designing, building, and supporting REST APIs
