Wymagania
- At least 7 years of experience leading PMO or programme office functions within complex, multi-workstream projects in regulated industries.
- Strong expertise in governance, planning, RAID and dependency management, and executive reporting.
- Proven financial management skills, including forecasting and budget tracking.
- Advanced proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for driving alignment across diverse teams without formal authority.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with quantum-safe or post-quantum cryptography programme concepts.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, cryptography, or large-scale tech risk projects.
- Experience working across global stakeholder groups and federated delivery structures.
- Prior experience within HSBC or similar highly regulated financial institutions.
Obowiązki
- Own and manage the programme governance structure, including SteerCo, working groups, and decision-making processes.
- Maintain and improve programme delivery frameworks such as RAID, dependency management, and change control standards.
- Drive consistent reporting, escalation paths, and create comprehensive dashboards and performance analytics.
- Develop and oversee an integrated programme plan covering eight key execution tracks related to quantum-safe transformation.
- Lead financial governance activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, and managing change requests.
- Support resource planning, highlight capacity gaps, and assist in prioritization across teams and vendors.
- Act as the primary point for programme communications, ensuring clarity and alignment among stakeholders.
- Coordinate risk management efforts, ensuring timely mitigation and ownership.
- Provide delivery assurance to meet governance and compliance standards within a regulated environment.
