Mendix Developer

Pretius seeks a Mendix Developer to participate in projects for banking industry clients and support the development of sales applications.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Mendix Studio Pro (version 10+) and relational databases
• Data modeling in Domain Model (entities, attributes, relationships, generalization)
• Implementing business logic using Microflows and Nanoflows and creating data forms with validation
• Maintaining application security (User Roles, Module Roles, Entity Access, XPath Constraints)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, Java, and JavaScript
• Integration with REST API and knowledge of JSON
• Working with Git
• Optimizing Mendix application performance and building complex query constraints using XPath
• Designing and implementing business processes using Mendix Workflow
• Creating Java and JavaScript Actions
• Designing reusable UI components (Snippets, UI Resources Package)
• Writing complex queries in OQL and asynchronous data processing (Scheduled Events, Task Queue)

Nice to have:

• Creating custom modules using TypeScript + React
• Experience integrating with the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365 – Outlook/Calendar/Graph API, Dynamics 365)
• Handling asynchronous communication using Azure Service Bus
• Configuring SSO login with identity providers (SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect)
• Building applications compliant with PWA (Progressive Web App) principles

• Development of new functionalities in systems, support after deployment, and fixing production defects
• Troubleshooting technical problems
• Analyzing and refining requirements
• Active involvement in application creation
• System maintenance
