Senior Project Manager

Over 200 Jit personnel work on more than 60 projects for this Norwegian provider of financial services, emphasizing a Scandinavian work culture and international teams with English language use.

• PMI certification (CAMP or preferred PMP)
• Strong experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery
• Proven experience as a sole Project Manager on IT projects
• Experience in IT transformation and integration projects
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains, including Firewalls (FW), Proxy solutions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Database Activity Monitoring, Endpoint Protection, Security Monitoring, Vulnerability management, Security baselines, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Network Security, Azure Cloud Architecture

• Experience in the financial sector

• Initiate, plan, and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains
• Own full project lifecycle including scope, plan, budget, risks, and stakeholders
• Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches
• Apply structured Waterfall practices such as clear phases, documentation, change control, and governance
• Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery when appropriate
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business, and security
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements
• Provide clear reporting, risk management, and decision support to stakeholders
