Wymagania
- Advanced expertise in Java
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and API development
- Previous experience in a technical leadership role or the ability to take ownership of technical direction
- Background in developing distributed, highly available, high-throughput systems
- Practical experience with domain-driven design, event-sourcing, microservices and clean-code principles
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes
- Fluent English, both written and spoken

- Serving as a Senior Java Developer
- Acting as the Technical Lead for a scrum team of developers
- Shaping solution architecture and ensuring strong application design and maintainability
- Helping to modernize and migrate existing solutions to a contemporary technology stack
- Collaborating closely with developers, business stakeholders, and other agile teams
