• Proven experience managing large-scale banking and/or IT transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with SSO, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or application onboarding initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira
• Strong reporting and governance capabilities
• Structured, delivery-focused mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
• Previous experience working with Nordea

• Own and drive the delivery of the SSO Application Onboarding track
• Coordinate activities across DevOps and Application Onboarding teams
• Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure governance compliance
• Prepare reporting and decision-making materials for senior management
• Support change management and communication activities

Willingness to travel for assignments lasting up to one week.
