Murex Accounting & Finance Consultant | Branża Bankowa

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Consultant, or Developer on the Murex platform
• Higher education in finance, economics, science, or related fields
• Excellent knowledge of the Murex MX.3 platform and its accounting capabilities
• Expert knowledge of Murex Accounting, Accounting Inventory, Liquidation, and Hedge Accounting configuration
• Experience configuring financial instruments, especially Commodities and Equities, in accounting
• Experience with accounting for xVA
• Ability to create and modify Accounting Rules and Schemas
• Experience configuring new transaction classes, lifecycles, and hedging mechanisms
• Strong knowledge of capital market products and Front-to-Back processes including accounting
• Experience with financial sector projects, preferably in investment banking or risk
• Ability to analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications
• Experience in implementation, development, and maintenance of Murex solutions
• Experience with SIT and UAT tests and Release Management processes
• Ability to analyze impact of changes on the production environment
• Independence, accuracy, and attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects related to financial management and accounting in Murex
• Experience configuring linear and non-linear products
• Experience working with international business and technology teams
• Ability to advise business and IT stakeholders on solution design

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions in the Accounting & Finance domain
• Configure and develop Murex Accounting, Accounting Inventory, Liquidation, and Hedge Accounting modules
• Configure financial instruments including Commodities and Equities
• Configure accounting for xVA
• Create and maintain accounting rules and schemas
• Configure new transaction classes, lifecycle, and hedging mechanisms
• Support development, implementations, and maintenance of the Murex MX.3 platform
• Prepare and perform functional tests, SIT, and UAT
• Participate in implementation processes and system releases

• Serve as an expert and advisor on Murex solutions
