Data Governance & Cybersecurity Consultant (part-time)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Lifecycle Management, Data Retention, data anonymization and pseudonymization, information security management, cybersecurity, or compliance programs (NIS2/KSC)
• Practical experience with large-scale organizations such as Shared Services Centers, IT Competency Centers, Key Service Operators, regulated organizations, critical infrastructure enterprises, or large capital groups
• Knowledge of standards and regulations including ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002, ISO/IEC 27005, GDPR (RODO), NIS2, and KSC
• Experience conducting risk analyses, identifying gaps, and preparing recommendations for business stakeholders
• Ability to conduct workshops and collaborate with business and technical teams
• Experience developing implementation roadmaps and project execution models is an advantage

• Support defining the scope of strategic initiatives in Data Governance, cybersecurity, and compliance with NIS2 and KSC
• Analyze business and regulatory requirements regarding data retention, anonymization, and pseudonymization
• Assess the impact of new regulatory requirements and identify necessary organizational changes
• Participate in risk analyses and identification of security and compliance gaps
• Conduct workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Prepare recommendations and materials for management
• Co-create implementation roadmaps and recommendations for program execution models
• Define required competencies, resources, and responsibility models for planned initiatives
• Collaborate closely with business and IT representatives on the transformation program
