Business Analyst with marketing expertise (f/m/x)

The position is with Sii, a company operating in the analytics domain, contributing to the Elevate Programme. The role focuses on enterprise technology, data architecture, and agile product management while supporting the rollout of a new Mobile Messaging tech stack.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Consultant in marketing
• Familiarity with social media, mobile messaging technologies, CRM, omnichannel marketing, and marketing automation
• Strong understanding of user stories and backlog management
• Experience collaborating with Solution/System Architects in technical environments
• Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe
• Experience with diagramming, mockup, and UI design tools
• Ability to quickly onboard new business domains and collaborate across teams
• Fluent in English and Polish

• Conduct requirements engineering and manage backlog by breaking down feature goals into user stories and development requirements
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to co-groom and refine the team backlog, drafting acceptance criteria and user scenarios
• Act as Proxy Product Owner for specific technical domains
• Map system workflows, data models, and API logic for integration
• Work with System Architects and external vendors on technical assessments and solutions
• Serve as technical resource for the development team, answering functional and technical questions
• Support sprint execution and agile ceremonies including planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Write acceptance criteria and testing scenarios, drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
