Solution Architect - Departament IT

T-Mobile is hiring for the role of Solution Architect in their IT department, with workplaces in multiple Polish cities including Warszawa, Wrocław, Kraków, Gdańsk, and Poznań. The position involves working within the telecommunications sector, focusing on designing solutions to enable full customer journey handling in systems operating on the public AWS cloud and local environments.

• Practical experience as Solution Architect, System Analyst/Architect, or Enterprise Architect
• Knowledge of telecommunications standards such as TMF Open API, TAM, SID
• Familiarity with modern technology solutions including microservices, REST API, containerization, and AWS services with private cloud integration
• Understanding of architectural and design patterns
• Proficiency in documenting solutions using tools and notations such as UML (static architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, data models)
• Daily work competence with tools Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Git; Plant UML is a plus
• English language skills (B2 level) enabling documentation preparation and active participation in English meetings

• Design solutions enabling the full Customer Journey in systems on public AWS cloud and local environments
• Develop solution concepts for backlog elements (Epic/Feature/Story) and assess technical feasibility in local IT systems and within the Deutsche Telekom group
• Decompose solutions into work scopes for various systems
• Create architectural diagrams, workflows, and solution descriptions according to T-Mobile standards
• Ensure solutions comply with T-Mobile’s architectural strategy
• Participate in initiatives to implement new innovative functionalities in digital, traditional channels, and their backends within a SAFE/Agile methodology
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, analysts, architects, developers, and testers
