Agile Delivery Lead (Senior)

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Delivery Management, Agile, or organizational transformations.
• Experience in banking is a mandatory requirement.
• Experience in a regulated environment.
• Documented successes in improving delivery predictability and reducing time-to-market.
• Ability to collaborate with business and IT leaders and work based on business KPIs.

• Manage delivery in business and digital areas.
• Monitor and optimize flow, lead time, throughput, and capacity.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and dependencies among teams.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and management for prioritization of initiatives.
• Link delivery metrics to business KPIs.

Work location in Warsaw. Hybrid work model with only 3 days per month in the office.
