Diagnostyka S.A. is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to help rebuild the architecture of digital channels used for large-scale customer service. The role involves working on transitioning from tightly coupled applications to a microservices and modular architecture with cloud and containerization focus. The company is undergoing a significant technology transformation and offers cooperation in Kraków and Warszawa.

• Strong knowledge of C# and modern .NET.
• Several years of experience in backend system development in production environments.
• Experience in designing and developing APIs.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Ability to write maintainable, testable, and extensible code.
• Experience with microservice architecture or modular monoliths.
• Strong database knowledge.
• Practical knowledge of automated testing.
• Ability to diagnose performance and production issues.
• Understanding of scalability, reliability, and security concerns.
• Ability to make technical decisions based on cost, risk, and business value.
• Willingness to challenge weak solutions regardless of proposer.
• Clear communication of problems and solution recommendations.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or other public clouds.
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Experience with event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with DDD, CQRS, or Saga patterns.
• Experience with observability and high-availability systems.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps topics.
• Experience migrating legacy systems.

• Background in banking, finance, e-commerce, or regulated environments.

• Design and develop backend services in C# and .NET.
• Build microservices and components of the Digital Backend / Backend for Frontend (BFF) layer.
• Separate existing logic into clearly defined domains and responsibilities.
• Design API contracts and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Create solutions following Domain-Driven Design and modular architecture.
• Develop REST, gRPC, and event-driven communication mechanisms.
• Handle containerization of services and deployment in Kubernetes environment.
• Collaborate on standards for security, API versioning, logging, monitoring, and error handling.
• Build automated tests: unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and technical risk analysis.
• Work with frontend developers, architects, analysts, QA, DevOps, and product owners.
• Support junior developers and improve team quality.
• Take responsibility for solutions post-production deployment.
