Manual Software Tester | Branża Bankowa

The client for this role is one of the top three largest Polish universal banks and a major financial institution in Central and Eastern Europe, known for being the first Polish bank to launch an ATM and issue a credit card.

• Ability to independently plan tests and scope for UAT and regression
• Experience in IT solutions testing and quality control of information systems
• Knowledge of testing principles, techniques, procedures, methodologies, and testing processes
• Experience creating detailed test cases based on requirements and documentation
• Experience testing web applications
• Experience in retail banking projects
• Knowledge of banking and brokerage applications
• Experience preparing test documentation
• Practical knowledge of HP QC, UTP, JIRA, Katalon, and ALM tools
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of Zephyr and DevTools

Nice to have:

• Ability to prepare automated tests
• Knowledge of SQL queries
• ISTQB Foundation Level certificate
• Knowledge of Agile testing methodologies

• Plan the scope and execution of tests
• Perform functional, UAT, and regression testing
• Conduct manual and automated application tests
• Verify software compliance with technical and business requirements
• Create test plans, scenarios, and test cases
• Log and describe detected defects in detail
• Analyze and report test results
• Verify fixes provided by the development team
• Create and update test documentation
• Collaborate with business clients and project team
• Work with other testing teams of the bank and external suppliers
