Senior Enterprise DevOps Engineer

TTMS is developing a modern Industrial IoT platform running on Kubernetes, bridging IT and OT environments for regulated manufacturing.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and deployment including Helm, CRDs, and Operators.
• Experience with DevOps/GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Experience managing MQTT brokers and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, Modbus, Profinet, or EtherNet/IP.
• Understanding container and platform security including TLS/mTLS, RBAC, and access control.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, CSV, ALCOA+, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11).

• Design, deploy, and maintain MQTT platforms in Kubernetes environments.
• Automate deployments using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps tools like ArgoCD and Flux.
• Integrate OT systems such as SCADA, MES, Historians, and PLCs with cloud-native platforms.
• Optimize Kubernetes infrastructure and MQTT brokers for performance and reliability.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Implement security practices including mTLS, RBAC, and MQTT Topic ACLs.
• Support GxP/CSV validation, data integrity standards (ALCOA+), and audit-ready change management.
• Monitor production environments, troubleshoot incidents, and improve platform reliability.
