Expert Release Manager

• Over 8 years of experience in Release Management, IT Service Management, Change Management, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in planning and coordinating go-live and post-go-live activities for complex IT releases.
• Strong capability to plan, coordinate, and track changes in large-scale environments.
• Extensive experience leading release decision meetings and securing stakeholder approvals.
• Expert stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior technical and business leaders.
• Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.

• Ensuring efficient and high-quality planning and execution of new releases in compliance with client standards.
• Coordinating with stakeholders including release managers, test managers, product owners, execution leads, scrum masters, and operations teams to secure successful deliveries.
• Planning, coordinating, and maintaining the release roadmap for applications.
• Managing release and deployment planning for multiple parallel releases.
• Planning release go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Tracking and coordinating change activities throughout the release process.
• Leading release decision meetings to obtain stakeholder approvals.
• Planning and arranging handover sessions from development to operations teams.
• Enhancing release quality and efficiency by introducing new techniques, automation, and DevOps methods.
