Cloud Web Application Engineer

The Google Cloud Platform team supports customers worldwide in transforming their businesses using Google's global network, data centers, and software infrastructure. The role involves helping customers, including businesses and government agencies, in their digital transformation journeys.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining SQL and NoSQL databases for web applications, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Experience writing code in one or more programming languages.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in Angular or Python.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization in web applications.
• Knowledge of the broader cloud marketplace and differences among cloud offerings.

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications deployed on cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product managers, technical leads, and developers to implement web applications.
• Work within a cross-functional team to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions.
• Translate client requirements into functional web applications that exceed expectations.
