Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in sales operations, business planning, data analysis, or similar commercial strategy role.
- 2 years of program management experience.
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
- Experience with sales planning tools.
- Experience working with datasets.
Nice to have:
- Experience with tools such as Anaplan or Salesforce.
- Executive communication and stakeholder management experience.
- Familiarity with the EMEA Public Cloud commercial landscape and macroeconomic trends.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Product Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple operational deadlines in a changing environment.
- Strong analytical skills to summarize complex data for stakeholders.
Obowiązki
- Execute key operational processes related to the implementation of EMEA GTM strategy by pulling and analyzing account data, updating territory assignments, and managing quota cascade.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Operations to ensure data alignment and resolve discrepancies during the annual planning cycle.
- Identify and document best practices to standardize sales planning processes across EMEA markets.
- Act as a subject matter expert for systems, processes, data pipelines, policies, and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the organization.
Benefity
- Salary in Ireland: €94,000 - €96,500 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
- Salary in Poland: zł232,000 - zł238,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
