IT Project Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT and business projects in the banking sector.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Program Manager managing complex programs composed of multiple simultaneous projects.
• Documented experience in initiatives related to banking documentation, regulatory compliance, and implementing financial sector regulations.
• Practical experience in banks or international financial institutions focused on strategic, transformational, and regulatory projects.
• Nice to have: experience in transactional banking.
• Very good knowledge of project and program management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe or equivalent).
• Fluent knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level.
• Highly developed analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with business and technical stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Experience in conducting presentations, workshops, and public speaking to broad audiences.
• Very good knowledge of banking sector specifics, banking processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Professional experience gained in international banking or financial organizations.
