Quality Assurance Specialist (Banking / Financial sector)

• Ability to independently plan the course and scope of tests including UAT and regression testing
• Experience writing detailed test cases based on documentation
• Experience building and managing test client databases
• Experience in retail banking projects
• Experience testing web applications
• Experience preparing test documentation
• Ability to collaborate with business, analytical, and development teams
• Ability to estimate testing effort, including team-level estimation
• Knowledge of tools: JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, DevTools
• Ability to report bugs in detail
• Independence, proactivity, and very good work organization
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Meticulousness, inquisitiveness, and eagerness to learn about the system
• Ability to prepare automated tests
• Knowledge of SQL
• ISTQB Foundation Level certificate
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile)
