Senior Agile Transformation Manager – IT & Business Change

This role is for a major industry player focused on digital innovation and organizational excellence. It involves supporting a strategic transformation towards Agile and Product Organization models in a large matrix organization.

• At least 8 years’ experience in IT and leading Agile transformations
• Proven record of organizational Agile/SAFe/DevOps implementations
• Experience in large, matrix organizations with multiple teams and complex environments
• Strong ability to influence senior management and strategic decision-making
• Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban), scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify), and metrics (DORA, flow metrics, OKRs)
• Experience in shifting delivery models from project to product
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2/C1 level)

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as SAFe SPC, Agile Coach, Scrum Master

• Define and implement operational Agile models (e.g., SAFe, Spotify, hybrid) across the organization
• Lead the transition from project-based to product-based delivery frameworks
• Build and optimize organizational structures such as squads, chapters, and value streams aligned with strategic goals
• Drive adoption of Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices within IT and business teams
• Support leadership in change management and process improvements
• Design governance models, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms including OKRs and flow metrics
• Develop and deploy tools that support Agile transformation processes
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communicate change initiatives effectively
