Salesforce Functional Consultant (Business Analyst)

The customer is an international organization operating in the real estate sector, providing integrated asset management and operational services across multiple markets. The project is focused on scaling a global Salesforce platform for an international residential real estate company, establishing a pilot implementation in Spain as a blueprint for rollouts across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.

• 5+ years experience in a Functional Consultant, Salesforce Business Analyst, or similar business-facing role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Proven experience participating in or leading Salesforce implementations or rollouts.
• Strong Business Analysis skills including discovery, requirements gathering, business process analysis, requirements documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and prioritisation.
• Experience with UAT, testing, and release readiness.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce standard capabilities and best practices to avoid unnecessary customisation.
• English language proficiency from intermediate and above.
• Spanish language proficiency from upper-intermediate and above.

Nice to have:

• Experience in global Salesforce rollouts or multi-country transformation programmes.
• Experience working with Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud / ExactTarget and automated marketing journeys.
• Ability to design solutions scalable across multiple countries and business units.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimise existing Salesforce implementation and processes.

• Playing a key role in stabilising and optimising the Salesforce implementation in Spain.
• Designing business processes, requirements, and solutions with future international scalability in mind.
• Combining Functional Consultant and Business Analyst responsibilities within a hybrid role.
• Applying strong Salesforce expertise to support business and technical objectives.
• Acting as a business-facing consultant and collaborating closely with stakeholders.
• Demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills.
