• Hands-on development experience in data warehousing and ETL
• Hands-on development experience in Snowflake including data modelling, roles, schema, databases, and security policies
• Experience with Snowflake Tasks, Streams, and stages
• Experience in Data Integration using tools like Matillion, Palantir, Informatica, DBT
• Preferable experience with Snowflake resource monitors and performance tuning
• Ability to develop data pipelines for batch and real-time/stream analytics on structured and unstructured data
• Experience with data ingress, egress, and querying using Kafka, NiFi
• Deep understanding of AWS S3, Lambda, EMR, Glue
• Knowledge of data processing patterns, distributed computing for real-time and batch analytics
• Experience handling large data sets and performing data wrangling and analysis using SQL, NoSQL, and programming languages such as Java, Scala, Python
• Good understanding of file formats like ORC, Parquet, AVRO, and compression techniques
• Knowledge and skills in DevOps and containerization, with deployment knowledge preferred

• Develop & deploy big data pipelines in a cloud environment using Snowflake cloud DW
• Design, develop and migrate existing on-prem ETL routines to Cloud Service
• Interact with senior leaders to understand their business goals and contribute to workstream delivery
• Design and optimize model codes for faster execution
