Mid-Level Data Analyst – Hybrid Position

This is a Kraków-based hybrid position with a client that is a prominent industry player focused on transforming data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making and innovation across business units.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytics role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Good understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Experience working with large data sets and data management.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with cloud data platforms or big data technologies.
• Certifications in data analytics or related fields.

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and cleaning processes.
• Present findings in clear, compelling formats to stakeholders at various levels.
• Support the automation of data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
