IT Cluster Manager | f/m/d

• Fluency in English
• Strong experience at the interface of IT and Finance such as IT controlling or IT financial management
• Solid understanding of IT cost structures, budgeting and forecasting (CAPEX, OPEX, cost allocation, cost drivers)
• Experience applying or working within IT financial frameworks like TBM
• Ability to translate financial and operational data into clear insights and management-ready analyses
• Experience working with senior stakeholders (CIO, CFO, IT leadership) supporting decision-making
• Strong analytical thinking with structured, pragmatic problem-solving
• Hands-on experience in data modelling, reporting and analysis using tools such as Power BI and MS Excel
• Track record in transformation or integration initiatives across entities or teams
• High ownership, reliability, and ability to work independently with limited guidance

• Deliver IT financial steering activities based on the TBM framework and corporate processes (planning, forecasting, budgeting, KPI management, cost allocation)
• Collaborate with CIOs, CFOs, IT Portfolio Management, Architecture, Infrastructure and Development teams
• Collect, validate and structure financial and operational data from multiple entities
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers
• Prepare analyses, reports and recommendations to support management decisions
• Develop and validate business cases from requirements clarification to final approval
• Support integration and transformation initiatives across the cluster
• Optimize IT portfolio using financial and value-based criteria
• Design and improve processes and guidelines in line with group governance
• Promote knowledge sharing and alignment across cluster entities
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions including data models, dashboards, and data flows
