Data Engineer (Process Mining) | f/m/d

• Fluent English (C1)
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable education
• Experience in at least one common programming language such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with database technologies like SQL
• Experience with Process Mining tools (e.g. Celonis) or dashboard and analysis
• Structured and independent customer-oriented work approach
• Ability to convey complex contexts in a user-friendly manner

Nice to have:

• Good written and spoken German skills

• Conduct technical implementation in Celonis, including data transformation and dashboard application development
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and develop customer-specific process mining solutions for insurance processes
• Act as a link between IT experts and business owners to ensure understanding of business goals and underlying data
• Solve machine learning and data challenges using Python and SQL to enable visualization and analysis in Celonis
• Lead technical project phases, including project management tasks and providing status updates to management
