Vendor Management Analyst

Verita HR is an international company providing recruitment support within the fintech, finance, and banking markets in EMEA. They connect innovative organizations with talent and conduct systematic market research to support digital teams.

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in vendor management, commercial management, procurement support, technology operations, or a related field
• Experience in financial services or another regulated environment is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems and produce clear, decision-ready outputs
• Good understanding of technology vendor landscapes and commercial/contract constructs such as SLAs, licensing models, renewals, and consumption metrics
• Experience supporting business case development, initiative tracking, and benefits realisation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with confidence engaging senior leaders
• Strong attention to detail and governance discipline including tracking, documentation, auditability, and follow-through
• Solid financial and commercial awareness covering cost drivers, budgeting, and value-for-money thinking
• Comfort working with data and reporting tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, portfolio dashboards, or MI tools

• Support Senior Vendor Managers with day-to-day vendor lifecycle activities such as data gathering, benchmarking, meeting minutes and actions, and decision logs
• Maintain portfolio trackers and reporting including renewal pipeline, RAID logs, actions, and approval statuses, ensuring data quality and timely updates
• Prepare governance packs for reviews and approvals including renewal submissions, performance reviews, and commercial checkpoints
• Gather inputs and conduct analysis to support business cases and commercial recommendations, including costs, benefits, risks, and options appraisal
• Support contract reviews by extracting key terms such as SLAs, pricing structures, renewal clauses, and obligations, and flagging gaps and risks
• Partner with Operations and Finance on cost optimisation initiatives by baselining spend, identifying opportunities, and tracking benefits realisation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of vendor management processes, templates, and portfolio insights such as dashboards, MI, and trend analysis

Hybrid work with 6 days per month required in the office in Kraków. Recruitment process includes phone screen and two online interviews. Position available to candidates working on a B2B contract.
